Senior ServiceNow Administrator & Developer – ITSM & CMDB

Responsibilities Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform within the ITSM scope Configure and develop ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog and Knowledge Design, maintain and improve the ServiceNow CMDB Ensure CMDB data quality, consistency and governance Support and apply the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems Develop and maintain ServiceNow components and integrations, including Import Sets, Transform Maps, Business Rules, Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server integrations Implement automation and platform customizations based on business requirements Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform and integration issues Support platform upgrades, releases and continuous improvements Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and DevOps teams Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Support junior ServiceNow administrators/developers and contribute to technical best practices Qualifications We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB Administrator & Developer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, development, CMDB and integrations: Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM Strong experience in both ServiceNow Administration and Development Advanced experience with CMDB, including population, maintenance and data quality Good knowledge of CSDM and CMDB governance principles Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations: Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server Good ServiceNow scripting and automation skills Ability to work in an international and cross-functional environment Good English communication skills Desired skills Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and/or Service Mapping Knowledge of IRE – Identification and Reconciliation Engine Infrastructure knowledge: servers, virtualization and networking Cloud experience with AWS, Azure or GCP Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, monitoring and automation What do I need before I apply Hybrid, a few days per month at the office CIM only Benefits Benefit Platform Holiday Voucher Private medical insurance Performance bonus Easter and Christmas bonus Employee referral bonus Bookster subscription Work from home options depending on project
