Functional Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team and contribute to the analysis and delivery of business-driven IT solutions within the banking sector.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to gather and analyze business needs, define functional requirements, document business processes, and ensure that systems and applications align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in functional analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) systems, particularly lending automation solutions, will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Model business processes using BPMN and relevant process modeling tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
• Support development and QA teams throughout the implementation and testing phases.
• Facilitate communication between clients, business users, and development teams.
• Ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and project objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Functional Analysis, preferably within the banking sector and/or Business Process Management (BPM) environments.
• Experience with lending automation systems will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements, business processes, user stories, and use cases.
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools, particularly BPMN.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
