  5. Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual tax compliance, working directly with external tax preparers to meet reporting deadlines.
  6. Support administrative and operational matters related to fund subsidiaries structured as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), including quarterly REIT compliance testing and coordination with external tax preparers.
  7. Prepare workpapers and supporting documentation for annual financial statement audits, working directly with external auditors to meet year-end reporting deadlines.
  8. Assist in preparing quarterly financial models for asset valuations.
  9. Work with fund counsel to support the setup of new domestic fund subsidiary entities.
  10. Assist in calculating distribution waterfalls and carried interest based on the terms of each fund’s governing documents.
  11. Calculate and analyze fund- and investor-level return metrics, including time-weighted returns, internal rates of return (IRRs), and cash-on-cash returns.
  12. Assist with regulatory reporting, including FATCA, CRS, AML/KYC, and other applicable compliance requirements.
  13. Analyze fund governing documents and agreements to ensure funds operate in accordance with their terms.
  14. Assist in preparing financial schedules, reconciliations, and other supporting calculations.
  15. Support the onboarding and implementation of new software platforms to improve fund accounting, financial reporting, and operational processes.
  16. Leverage technology, including AI-powered tools where appropriate, to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support financial analysis while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and appropriate controls.
  17. Perform special projects as needed and provide additional support to the Fund Accounting team.
