Your opportunity

• Oversee and control the fund services and data delivered by Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for timeliness and accuracy of ETF NAV delivery to internal and external clients
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with TPAs and internal JHI departments to support the business with queries, transition events and efficient resolution of issues impacting NAV delivery
• Support the ETF Fund Change events in relation to NAV requirements and impacts.
• Carry out other duties as assigned
• Early shift requirement with 7am start time to support NAV sign off prior to market opening

Must have skills

• Experience in Operations, Fund Administration with knowledge of ETFs
• Interpersonal/relationship skills, ability to liaise with Distribution and Product teams as well as fund managers and other teams
• Numerate with analytical skills using Excel, attention to detail and thoroughness
• Influencing skills
• Committed team player

Nice to have skills

• Knowledge of OTC derivative instruments

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
