About The Role: We’re looking for a Fundraising Operations Specialist to sit within our Operations team and own the operational backbone behind VendueTech’s VC fundraising activity. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is central to how we raise. Fundraising activity at VendueTech is increasing. From investor pipeline management and outreach coordination to meeting preparation and follow-up discipline, we need someone who can hold all of it together with rigour and discretion. This role also serves as the operational bridge between fundraising and Finance, ensuring that the financial inputs investors need are accurate, timely, and presentation-ready. You’ll work closely with the Finance team to coordinate reporting, data, and due diligence materials across the raise cycle. This is a role for someone who understands how VC fundraising actually works operationally, takes pride in precision, and knows that behind every successful raise is a layer of execution discipline that makes it possible. Key Responsibilities: Investor Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach status across all active and prospective investor relationships Ensure follow-up discipline is airtight where no investor touchpoint goes unactioned or untracked Monitor pipeline health and surface risks or gaps to the COO proactively Meeting & Scheduling Coordination Coordinate scheduling for investor calls, pitch meetings, and due diligence sessions on behalf of leadership Prepare and organise materials ahead of investor meetings: briefing packs, decks, data room updates, ensuring everything is ready without being asked Own post-meeting follow-up: notes, action items, and next steps executed without needing to be chased Finance Interface & Due Diligence Support Work closely with the Finance team to coordinate the financial inputs required throughout the fundraising process, including management accounts, forecasts, and cap table materials Ensure financial data included in investor materials is accurate, up to date, and consistently presented Support due diligence processes by coordinating document requests across Finance and the wider business, maintaining a well-organised and audit-ready data room Flag dependencies or delays between Finance and fundraising workstreams early, with a proposed resolution Fundraising Execution & Reporting Track fundraising milestones, timelines, and commitments across the raise cycle Produce regular, concise status updates for leadership on pipeline progress and upcoming activity Maintain structured documentation across all fundraising workstreams so that nothing lives only in someone’s head or inbox Act as the operational link between fundraising and the wider business — pulling in inputs from Finance, legal, and product teams as needed What You’ll Bring: 3–5 years of experience in a fundraising operations, investor relations, or investment operations role Direct experience of VC or private equity fundraising processes, you understand how capital raises work operationally, from first meeting through to close Experience working within a VC firm, PE house, or investor-facing function is a strong advantage, you know the process from both sides Comfortable interfacing with Finance teams and working with financial data Exceptionally organised with a low tolerance for loose ends, you close loops as a default, not an afterthought Discreet and trustworthy: you’ll be handling sensitive commercial and investor information Clear communicator who can produce concise written updates and prep materials without heavy direction Comfortable working in ambiguity and building process where none exists Why Join Us?
