In working on the best matters, you will be able to grow and develop your skills and experience. You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of work (such regulatory, FIRB, fund manager M&A plus fund launches) and types of funds including credit, private equity, venture capital, property and more.

Developing all documents associated with fund establishment
Registered scheme constitutions
Limited partnership agreements
Trust deeds and constitutions
Management and custodian agreements
Co-investment agreements
Regulatory advice under the Corporations Act
Australian Financial Services Licensing (AFSL) requirements
About you
You’ll have a strong desire and capacity to work on complex, high-profile transactions. You are ambitious, collaborative and committed to excellence. You will also have:
At least five years’ experience with strong exposure to investment funds and financial services regulation
Exceptional drafting and advisory skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
The ability to build trusted client relationships
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
