Typically, our positions are designed as remote roles with potential travel to our Hartford, CT office and surrounding areas as required. Our positions require applicants to currently reside in one of the specified states and agree to work within Eastern or Central time hours for the remainder of their employment, if hired. This residential requirement is a non-negotiable condition of employment. Travel: Most roles require up to 10% travel. Conditions: Our roles require a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk and chair, along with a reliable broadband connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. The workspace should be quiet and distraction-free to ensure focus and productivity. As an organization that values live interaction and transparency, employees are expected to be on camera during meetings and collaborative sessions. The ability to remain seated and stationary for approximately 75% of the work time is necessary. Additionally, occasional travel may be required to support business needs.
