Responsibilities: ● Setting up and maintaining Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for our clients' websites. ● Analysing website data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. ● Creating customised reports, explorations and dashboards to track website performance. ● Collaborating with other team members to provide data-driven insights for website optimisation and user experience improvement. ● Working closely with web developers to implement tagging and data layers in Google Tag Manager, as well as API integrations where needed. ● Using event tracking, segmentation, and audiences to create detailed customer journey analysis leading to clearly actionable insights and recommendations. While it would be desirable for someone to tick all the boxes, we are also happy to talk to anyone with a passion for web analytics and website optimisation, regardless of experience. Requirements ● Experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. ● Proven experience in analysing website data and providing insights to improve website performance. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail. ● Experience in working with data layers and API integrations. ● Experience using Google BigQuery and Looker Data Studio would be desirable.
