We are looking for a Game Designer to join one of our clients and work on RNG slots and instant games — from the initial concept and game mechanics through certification and live release. Your Mission: — Create concepts for RNG slots and instant games, including core mechanics, bonus features, progression systems, events, player flows, and UX logic; — Write GDDs, prepare requirements for game mathematicians, and create briefs for art and animation teams; — Work closely with game mathematicians on RTP, volatility, and feature frequency; — Participate in game balancing and feature tuning based on player data and behavior; — Own the game design process from initial concept through production, certification, and live release; — Work with QA to ensure the final implementation matches the intended game design; — Consider retention and engagement metrics when designing game mechanics and player experiences. Your Unique Contribution: — 3+ years of experience in Game Design, including at least 2 years working with slots or social casino products; — 10+ released slots or instant games where you were responsible for game design; — Strong understanding of the full game production lifecycle; — Experience defining requirements and working cross-functionally with art teams, game mathematicians, and developers; — Understanding of the differences between iGaming markets across different countries and regions. Will Be a Plus: — Experience working in a startup environment and building processes from scratch; — Experience or strong exposure to other gaming genres, including free-to-play, mobile, and hyper-casual games; — Experience working with multi-language game localization.
