Due to our continued global expansion, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our dynamic Payroll team. This is a hands-on role where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of our global payroll operations. As a Payroll Officer at bet365, you will be an integral member of our Payroll department. Working closely with the Payroll Manager and the wider team, you will take a hands-on approach to the end-to-end preparation and execution of our global payrolls. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Proven experience in payroll processing. Experience with Colombian payrolls is essential. Demonstrated ability of leading a team. Meticulous and organised, with excellent time management and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong command English language communication skills. Experience handling confidential information. Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity across global payroll locations and shadow payroll would be considered an asset. Leading a small team of payroll administrators and overseeing the daily running of the Payroll department to ensure all outputs are delivered within strict deadlines. Acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries. Responding to internal and external queries in a timely and effective manner. Accurately entering and checking weekly payroll reports. Preparing payroll data for submission. Monitoring and continuing to improve the payroll processes. Continuously training and developing junior members of the team. Staying current with payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
