Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter – Freelance / Fully Remote

SOFTGAMES is looking for an experienced Game Industry Sourcing Sourcing Recruiter to support our People team with active candidate sourcing and direct outreach. This is a freelance role (not in-house employment), focused on identifying and engaging top talent, within the gaming industry, ideally with experience in casual games. *This isa fixed term contract. **Qualified candidates will be expected to complete a skills assessment as part of the selection process. Your role Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, and other relevant channels Conduct direct outreach and first-touch candidate engagement Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles Collaborate closely with the People team to understand role requirements and target profiles Track outreach activities and candidate responses in our ATS / shared tools Provide feedback on talent market insights and sourcing effectiveness Your profile Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a strong sourcing focus Solid background in the gaming industry particularly in casual games Demonstrated success in direct outreach and passive candidate engagement Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with creative / tech gaming profiles Comfortable working independently in a freelance setup , while collaborating closely with an internal team Clear, professional, and respectful communication style Setup & Collaboration Freelance contract (not an in-house position) Fully remote Flexible working hours aligned with European time zones SOFTGAMES is the leading instant gaming company, dedicated to creating fun, social, and truly engaging casual games that can be played instantly across all devices.
