Game Localization Project Manager (Arabic MSA)

23 Studios is growing! We’re looking for a full-time Arabic Project Manager to join our team in Turkey (Hybrid/Remote).

Founded in 2009, 23 Studios is a leading game localization studio with teams in Istanbul and Estonia. Working across all Steam-supported languages, we’ve delivered 900+ projects alongside industry leaders like Ubisoft, SEGA, CD Projekt RED, Owlcat, Blizzard, Focus Entertainment, Netflix, and many more.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

As our Arabic Project Manager, you will take ownership of Arabic localization projects from kickoff to final delivery, acting as the key bridge between clients, linguists, LQA, and audio teams.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Manage Arabic localization projects end-to-end and set clear project milestones.

• Perform hands-on translation, editing, and proofreading (EN ➔ AR) for game text and marketing copy.

• Coordinate workflows with translators, LQA testers, audio teams, and clients.

• Maintain glossaries, style guides, and terminology consistency across projects.

• Identify linguistic/cultural risks early to ensure native-level quality.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Currently residing in Turkey and available for a Hybrid/Remote full-time position.

• Native or native-level Arabic and excellent English communication skills.

• Proven experience in English to Arabic translation, editing, or localization (game localization experience is a huge plus).

• A true gamer at heart, with a strong understanding of video games and gaming culture.

• Previous involvement in gaming, localization, translation, LQA, or community projects. Amateur experience is absolutely welcome.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple teams.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• A team player who is flexible, reliable, and quick to learn.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

• Experience with CAT tools.

• Experience in game localization, LQA, voice-over, dubbing, or marketing localization.

• Familiarity with Arabic gaming terminology, regional language preferences, and cultural adaptation.
