Senior Product Manager – Mobile Games

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can turn player behavior and game data into better experiences and measurable growth. You’ll own product priorities for live mobile games, work closely with game design, development, analytics, and user acquisition teams, and lead improvements across retention, engagement, and monetization.

What do we expect?

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on work with mobile games or other live consumer products.
  • Proven experience improving a live product through data analysis, experimentation, and continuous iteration.
  • Strong analytical skills: you can investigate player funnels and cohorts, identify the cause of a performance change, and turn findings into clear product decisions.
  • Experience designing, running, and evaluating A/B tests, including defining a hypothesis, success metrics, and potential trade-offs before launch.
  • Practical understanding of LiveOps, including events, offers, content updates, and their effects on player experience and business results.
  • Familiarity with mobile game metrics such as D1/D7/D30 retention, engagement, conversion, ARPDAU, and LTV.
  • Confidence working with analytics tools such as Firebase, Google Analytics, SQL, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to lead cross-functional work in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize opportunities based on player needs, business impact, and development effort.
  • Analyze gameplay, retention, monetization, and acquisition data to identify problems and growth opportunities.
  • Build a disciplined experimentation process: develop hypotheses, define metrics, coordinate A/B tests, interpret results, and turn learnings into the next iteration.
  • Plan and improve LiveOps initiatives, including in-game events, promotions, and content updates.
  • Partner with game designers and developers to improve core gameplay, progression, and the long-term player experience.
  • Work with analytics and user acquisition teams to understand how product changes affect player quality, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Combine quantitative analysis with player feedback and market research to make sound product decisions.
  • Communicate priorities, results, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the team.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hybrid-casual games and an understanding of their core loops, progression, economy, and monetization mechanics.
  • Experience with both in-app purchases and ad-based monetization.
  • Experience taking a mobile game from soft launch through growth and ongoing LiveOps.
  • Familiarity with App Store and Google Play ecosystems, ASO, or AI-powered mobile applications.

What do we offer?

  • Fully remote working option.
  • Career development opportunities with mentorship and coaching.
  • Opportunities to attend industry conferences and events.
  • Team activities, happy hours (remote), and a collaborative work environment.

If you enjoy finding the story behind the numbers and using it to make games players want to return to, we’d love to hear from you!
