Garrett Engineering Internship - E-Boosting

We are looking for a university student of Electrical Engineering in Brno to join us for a long term internship at Garrett R&D center.. MAIN ACTIVITIES: Close cooperation with Engineering team – Electrical Design Engineers, Test Engineers and System Engineer Perform electrical measurements using conventional instruments such as a multimeter, oscilloscope and signal generator Make simple test fixtures (such as the instrumentation box for the development kit with switches, light indicators and connectors), including design and implementation Assembly of printed circuit boards (mounting and soldering of components) and their modification (severing of paths and soldering of conductors) Evaluate regularly running tests and measurements including electrical quantities as well as air flow, pressure and temperature KEY REQUIREMENTS: University student of Electrical Engineering (completed Bc. degree or electric high school) Experience working in testing laboratory (including university lessons) Knowledge in electrical measurements Knowledge of soldering Knowledge of electrical components Labview or Matlab knowledge is a plus Advanced level of English WE OFFER: Working on interesting engineering challenges Freedom to implement creative solutions Professional growth opportunities Skillful, supportive team Flexible working hours to align with your school schedule Working in a friendly environment Long-term cooperation Meal allowance Working in office in Brno - Slatina Join us!
