  • Maintaining accurate project data, dashboards and portfolio tracking systems, gathering inputs from Project Managers to monitor progress, performance and delivery commitments.
  • Monitoring programme expenditure, supporting budgeting and financial analysis, and tracking investment value and benefit realisation.
  • Supporting programme governance processes, including the preparation of Investment Committee papers, project documentation and approval submissions.
  • Engaging with Digital & IT stakeholders to coordinate project activities, manage information requirements and identify risks to delivery against agreed service levels.
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for programme leadership, providing clear insights into project performance, financial status, risks and key milestones.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial tracking, project performance reporting and assessing investment value.
  • Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies, ideally supported by an APMP, PMI or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience of Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar project and portfolio management systems.
  • An understanding of project governance, approval processes, procurement and programme reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
