Join an Australian residential construction business as a General Administration Assistant, working fully remote from the Philippines. This is a broad, stable role with a team that wants you to grow with the business and put AI tools to work on the day-to-day.
Role Summary
The General Administration Assistant owns the purchase-to-pay cycle for the business, from raising purchase orders through to processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statements, while keeping accounting and project management records accurate and up to date. Day to day, you will match invoices against purchase orders and delivery records, chase discrepancies, missing invoices and credits, handle supplier and subcontractor correspondence, and keep project and job files organised and easy to find. You will also provide general office support, including data entry, filing and document management, and be encouraged to learn new software and AI tools that streamline how administration gets done. The role supports the wider team and is a long-term position for someone who wants to build a career within the business.
