Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with a healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care
Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and care teams
Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and recovery
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility policies
Uphold professional standards and ethical practices

Requirements

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in your home country
Minimum of 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience
Must have passed the NCLEX-RN exam (or be actively preparing to sit for the exam)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to relocation and long-term career development in the U.S.

International Nursing Requirements

NCLEX-RN completion (required for licensure in the U.S.)
English proficiency exam (IELTS or equivalent) as per immigration standards
VisaScreen® certification (or eligibility to apply)
Willingness to relocate to the United States under employer sponsorship
