We develop modern communications and learning technology that is disrupting the exploitative prison telecom industry. Our products ensure that incarcerated people stay connected to their loved ones and access education that prepares them for reentry. Since our founding, we’ve launched the nation’s first free prison video conferencing platform, expanded into correctional facilities across 9 states, and been recognized by TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies, Fast Company, and The Washington Post. Public Policy & Research : Advocates and policy experts who understand the intersection of technology, criminal justice reform, and legislative change. Partnerships & Growth : Relationship builders who can engage with government agencies, funders, and mission-aligned organizations. Product & Engineering : Software engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers who can build and scale user-centered tech solutions. Operations & Implementation : Logistics specialists, account managers, or IT deployment experts who can bring new facilities online and ensure smooth implementation. We don’t require prior experience in the criminal justice space—just a deep curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to tackle systemic challenges with technology.
