Who We Are Looking For

We are actively seeking professionals with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in areas such as:

• Sales & Business Development: Experienced SDRs & BDRs (outbound strategies, pipeline generation, client acquisition)
• Project & Operations Management: Project Managers (agile methodologies, cross-functional delivery, stakeholder management)
• Engineering & Technology: Software Developers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)
• Marketing & Growth: Growth Marketers, Content Strategists, and Digital Specialists
• And other specialized professional roles

Core Requirements

• English Proficiency: B2+ / Advanced English level is mandatory for ALL roles (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in your respective functional area (Sales, PM, Dev, Marketing, etc.).
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results and driving impact.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills.

Engagement & Contract Types
