As awareness grows around the risks of mirror life, we're hearing from more people who are passionate about our work and interested in joining our team. That's exciting, but running rigorous hiring rounds takes real capacity, which means we can only have so many open roles at once.

We expect a lot of excellent people are finding us right now, and we don't want to miss them.

Through this Expression of Interest, we'd love to learn more about people who might contribute to MBDF's mission, whether through science, policy, operations, communications, or other areas of expertise.

We're planning to grow our team over time, and we'll use these submissions to identify potential candidates for future opportunities. We may also reach out to exceptional candidates outside of a formal hiring round when there's a strong match between their skills and our needs.

• Science & Research: Scientific research, technical analysis, research coordination, and work related to mirror-life feasibility and risks.

• Policy & Advocacy: Policy research, government engagement, advocacy, and translating evidence into policy action.

• Operations & People: People Operations, recruiting, finance, organizational development, and the systems that help MBDF run effectively.

• Communications & Engagement: Communications, writing, public engagement, media, and stakeholder outreach.

• Programs & Partnerships: Program management, convenings, events, partnerships, and cross-organizational collaboration.

• Other / General Interest: Have expertise or interests that don't fit neatly into these categories? We'd still love to hear from you!
