Areas of Potential Opportunity Depending on your experience, interests, and business needs, opportunities at Geffen Mesher may include roles within: Tax Services (compliance, planning, and specialized tax areas) Accounting & Assurance (audit, review, and other attest services) Advisory Services Client Accounting Services Firm Operations (IT, HR, Marketing, Accounting, Office Admin, etc.) What you might do Responsibilities will vary by role, but opportunities may involve: Supporting or leading tax, audit, or accounting engagements Working directly with clients to deliver high-quality service and insights Collaborating with colleagues across service lines and industries Applying technical standards, regulations, and firm best practices Contributing to process improvements, client solutions, and firm initiatives Requirements What we’re looking for Education and/or experience in accounting, finance, business, or a related field Interest in public accounting, advisory services, or client-facing work Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth Alignment with Geffen Mesher’s values and client-first approach Compensation & Benefits At Geffen Mesher, we value transparency and equity in compensation. The compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: years of relevant experience, unique or specialized skill sets, education, licensure, and internal equity.
