𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗚𝗧𝗢 𝗟𝗔𝗕

GTO LAB is an online poker training and GTO solver platform for multi-table tournament (MTT) players. We combine coaching from co-founders Nick Petrangelo and Daniel Dvoress with our own technology, including an ICM AI engine, to help players study and win tournaments.

We are a fully remote team across Europe and beyond, covering product, engineering, design, marketing, partnerships and finance.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

We are hiring a General Manager to own the growth of GTO LAB. You run the company day to day on the commercial side and report directly to the managing partners.

You are responsible for the growth of the company, the marketing strategy, operations and the budgets behind it.

You need two things most candidates don't have together: you know poker deeply, and you know digital marketing hands-on.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗪𝗡

• 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: set targets for acquisition, conversion and revenue, and own the results.

• 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: brand positioning, content, social, SEO, email and paid channels (Meta, Google). Decide where budget goes and cut what doesn't work.

• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: run a steady program of tests on ads, landing pages, offers and funnels. Ship fast, measure, and scale the winners.

• 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀: own commercial partnerships, including affiliates and strategic deals.

• 𝗣𝗥 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆: represent GTO LAB in the poker ecosystem, with media, streamers, players and industry partners.

• 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: own the marketing and commercial budget. Accounting, payments and contracts report to you.

• 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀: shape how our plans are positioned and sold.

• 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: give the managing partners a clear monthly view of growth, spend and performance.

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠

You lead an existing team covering content and community, marketing design, email marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, affiliate partnerships and finance.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥

𝗣𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 (𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱)

• Strong poker credentials, either as a serious player (ex-pro or long-time regular, ideally MTTs) or from the poker industry (poker rooms, affiliates, training sites, media).

• You know how poker players think, what they pay for and where to reach them.

• An existing network in the poker ecosystem.

𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱)

• 5+ years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years leading a team or a growth function.

• Hands-on experience with paid social and search (Meta, Google), email automation, SEO and content.

• Proven record of growing a subscription or online business with measurable results.

• Data-driven: you set up tracking, read funnels and cohorts, and make decisions from numbers.

• Experience running A/B tests on ads and landing pages.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

• You make decisions and own the outcome.

• You manage a remote team and set clear priorities.

• You handle a budget and can explain every euro spent.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.

𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘

• Experience with affiliate deals in the poker industry.

• Experience in edtech, online coaching or creator-led businesses.

• Knowledge of solvers and GTO training tools.

• Experience with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager or similar tools.

• Experience entering new markets, for example Asia.

• Additional languages.
