Requirements Essential Experience and capabilities: Ability to design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns Ability to support and provide oversight to multi-channel business development campaigns Ability to provide creative direction to copywriters and designers Ability to evaluate performance of marketing activities and make recommendations and adjustments in order to improve performance Able to plan, schedule and execute work with excellence Must be able to prepare creative and editorial briefs Must be able to evaluate design for brand consistency Must understand marketing and business development cadences Must have experience working with project management software Must be able to use software to create marketing reports and provide feedback on performance Must be able to come up with new / unique approaches to marketing and business development Must have demonstrated ability to set, pursue and achieve marketing goals Must be familiar with marketing automation and marketing automation software Must understand website design and conversion tactics Must be able to evaluate website performance and recommend adjustments to improve performance Must be able to evaluate social media performance and recommend adjustments to improve performance Must be comfortable with design review Must be comfortable with process flows and process flow mapping Ability to layout newsletters / email marketing Must be able to evaluate email marketing performance and make necessary adjustments to improve performance Not required: Design capabilities or experience Long form writing ability or experience PPC (pay per click) marketing Newsletter design Social media post design Video / short creation / editing Project management Requirements: Three or more years of experience in marketing Three or more years handling multiple accounts Understands marketing strategy, branding and execution Confident communication skills Strong interest in marketing and developments in the marketing industry Able to work with an international team Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field Must have a good attitude and pleasant demeanor Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking ways to do things better and more effectively/efficiently
