About the Role

We are not looking for someone to train. We are looking for an exceptional, multi-talented General Operations & Growth Manager to step in, read our SOPs, and immediately take full ownership of our day-to-day operations, sales pipelines, client onboarding, and team execution.

You will act as the entrepreneur’s second-in-command—removing operational bottlenecks, closing high-level deals, managing hosting infrastructure security, and leading our starter team (comprising a Lead Web Systems Engineer and an SEO Specialist).

Note: Finance and treasury management are strictly outside your scope. Your focus is 100% on growth, people, operations, and pipeline execution.

What You Must Already Bring (No Training Provided)

• Technical & IT Fluency: Hands-on background managing WordPress, Upmind, Google Workspace ecosystems, and server security without hand-holding. You've worked across niches and mastered the tech stack.
• High-Ticket Sales & Closing Track Record: Exceptional people skills with a proven history of pitching, handling objections, and closing high-level deals face-to-face and digitally. We don’t care about university papers or half-baked degrees; we care about real-world execution.
• Management & Operational Ownership: Demonstrated history of being responsible for people, tracking production pipelines, and enforcing operational workflows autonomously.

Compensation Structure (Read Before Applying)

• No Fixed Retainer: There is no base retainer for this role. We believe true growth partners share directly in the upside of the revenue they scale.
• Tiered Revenue Share: Compensation scales directly with gross revenue performance:
• Tier 1 ($0 – $3,000/mo): 10% revenue share
• Tier 2 ($3,001 – $7,500/mo): 15% revenue share
• Tier 3 ($7,501+/mo): 20% revenue share
