- Develop, deploy, and register lightweight MCP servers connecting Claude/Claude Code with enterprise systems, including Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
- Package and publish skills/plugins through an internal registry, meeting metadata, taxonomy, and CI compliance-validation requirements.
- Implement data-quality checks and reconciliation controls against source-of-truth totals.
- Apply role-based access controls and data-handling guardrails to protect confidential financial, organizational, and workforce information.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate recurring and ad hoc requests into reliable automation.
- Maintain documentation covering purpose, inputs, outputs, data sources, and ownership; provide ongoing production support.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Skills, or equivalent agentic coding tools such as OpenAI Codex or Cursor.
- Familiarity with skill/plugin packaging, including SKILL.md definitions, front matter, and tool scoping.
- Working knowledge of MCP server development, deployment, and registration, including OAuth/SSO authentication patterns.
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS APIs and data sources such as Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, Atlassian, or Slack.
- Strong Excel automation skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation logic.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and Python-based workflow automation.
- Understanding of enterprise AI governance, PII handling, data classification, and RBAC.
- Strong written communication, analytical thinking, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial/budget analysis, vendor reconciliation, or contingent-workforce/SOW reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience supporting internal AI platforms, skills/plugin registries, or certification pipelines.
- Relevant Python, SQL, or data analytics certifications.
