• Manager: ¥15M

We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build intelligent applications using Generative AI, LLMs and AI agents, helping businesses automate workflows, improve productivity and solve complex challenges.

💡 WHAT YOU'LL DO

✅ Build AI-powered applications using LLMs and Generative AI.

✅ Develop RAG pipelines, intelligent search and AI agents.

✅ Integrate AI with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.

✅ Take AI prototypes through to production deployment.

✅ Optimise AI performance, accuracy, security and cost.

✅ Work with cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

✔️ Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG or AI agents.

✔️ Strong programming skills in Python, C#, Java or TypeScript.

✔️ Experience developing applications, APIs or backend services.

✔️ Knowledge of databases, system integration and Git.

✔️ Understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP.

✔️ Business-level Japanese.

⭐ EXPERIENCE WITH THESE IS A PLUS:

Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
