A motion designer who's spent more time experimenting with AI than most people spend talking about it.

At INX | The Brand Experience Agency, we're expanding our generative creative capabilities and looking to connect with people who have made AI a serious part of their craft.

Not casual users. Not someone who's just discovered prompting.

We're interested in people who understand the medium, know its limitations, and have developed the judgment and skills to produce consistently strong work.

WHAT KIND OF WORK?

Mood films. Activation previews. Pitch narratives. AI-assisted motion. Spatial storytelling. Marketing reels.

Our designers and 3D artists create concepts, artwork, environments and visualisations.

You'll collaborate with them to turn those assets into compelling moving narratives.

Sometimes the challenge is maintaining consistency across multiple shots. Sometimes it's finding the right camera movement, visual treatment or pacing.

And sometimes it's knowing that the result needs more than another prompt.

WHAT INTERESTS US?

• Extensive hands-on experience in generative AI image and video production.
• Strong visual foundations in design, animation, motion, 3D or architectural visualisation.
• The ability to create coherent sequences, not just impressive individual frames.
• A good understanding of movement, lighting, perspective and visual continuity.
• Experience combining generative output with conventional creative and finishing tools.
• Curiosity, sound judgment and an appetite for exploring new approaches.

Whether your preferred tools are ComfyUI, Kling, Runway, Flux, Firefly, Midjourney or something else, we're interested in what you've actually accomplished with them.

You don't need to be brilliant at everything.

But we'd like to see something you're genuinely good at.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

We're open to different arrangements:

Remote Full-Time — Join our creative team and contribute to ongoing projects and the development of our generative capabilities.

Contract — Collaborate with us over a defined period or across a series of assignments.

Freelance / Project-Based — Work with INX on specific briefs, films, activation previews or visual narratives.

Our creative team spans Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, with projects primarily in Singapore and across the Asia-Pacific region.

YOUR WORK WON'T ALWAYS STAY ON A SCREEN.

Some of the concepts we work on eventually become physical experiences.

A six-metre LED wall. An exhibition space. A brand activation. An installation people walk into.
