Tester

The Tester is responsible for validating the quality and functionality of the Genesys Cloud migration. This involves developing and executing comprehensive test plans to verify that all configured features—including call flows, agent-facing functionalities, reporting, and integrations—perform as specified in the business and functional requirements. They are tasked with identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to ensure a seamless and error-free transition for both end-users and customers.
