Apply Description Leafwell is looking for doctors, MD's or DO's, who are physically located in Georgia and would like to join the team to remotely certify patients for medical cannabis. We are open to applications from healthcare providers who are GA based, licensed in multiple states, and believe in cannabis as medicine. Leafwell is working to help crack the cannabis code and utilize our platform to: Increase Access Telemedicine allows everyone to receive the health care they need and deserve from the comfort of their home. Patients can speak to a physician and get certified online. Increase Research As more patients are certified, the greater the number of patient populations we can study for research. We are gathering real-world evidence (RWE) to understand better which cannabis products people are using and how effective they are – decipher which cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids are best for which conditions. Increase Knowledge Leafwell’s healthcare professionals become armed with the resources they need to answer patients’ questions with accuracy and clarity – increasing trust and helping people understand why cannabis is medicine. Increase Education Patients from all over the country can find out how and why they use cannabis and its effectiveness for their conditions. Requirements Key responsibilities Meet with patients via our telemedicine platform – we are open 7 days a week Provide a high quality, compassionate experience Work collaboratively with our in-house patient care team to deliver a great end to end experience Become part of Leafwell’s ongoing education and research programs, helping to demystify cannabis as medicine.
