German Customer Advisor – Banking Sector – Excellent Salary & Benefits (€1,800–€1,950) – Γερμανικά

Project Details:

• Start date: November 9, 2026
• Attractive salary package: €1,800–€1,950/month (including bonuses)
• Location: Athens, Neos Kosmos – Work starts on-site, with the possibility of switching to a hybrid work model after completing the training and nesting period.
• International Banking Project – Support customers of a leading global financial institution and gain valuable experience in the banking sector.

You will assist German-speaking customers with their everyday banking needs, provide guidance on financial services and help resolve account-related inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat – respond to banking inquiries and provide professional support.
• Provide information and guidance – help customers with banking services, accounts and related requests.
• Resolve customer issues – identify customer needs and offer effective solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction – deliver high-quality service while maintaining accurate customer records.

Competitive Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary: €1,400 gross/month × 14 salaries per year
• Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to 10%
• Up Hellas voucher: €100 net/month
• Meal allowance: €3 net per working day, increasing to €6 net per working day after 12 months
• Anniversary bonus: €500 (after one year)
• Sign-in bonus: €1,000

Total average monthly package: approximately €1,800–€1,950, including bonuses and additional benefits.

What we expect:

• German language proficiency – minimum C1 (spoken and written)
• English language proficiency – minimum B2
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in Athens

Working Conditions:

• Full-time employment
• Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 09:00–21:00 (rotational shifts, 40 hours/week)
• 2 days off per week
• 2 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of supported practice
• Private life and health insurance from the 3rd month of employment (from day one for relocated candidates)
