What You'll Do

Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
Assist with account, billing and service-related enquiries.
Troubleshoot customer issues and find effective solutions.
Guide customers through products and platform features.
Escalate complex cases when needed.
Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

Fluent German and English (minimum C2).
Previous experience in Customer Support or a Contact Centre is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary: €920
Language Allowance: €500
Fixed Bonus: €150

Assiduity Allowance: €110

Meal Allowance: €10.20 per working day
