Your Project – International Banking

Join the Customer Support team of one of the world's leading international banking and financial services groups.

You will help German-speaking customers with everyday banking questions, account-related inquiries and digital banking services in a professional international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Assist with bank accounts and everyday banking questions
• Help customers use digital and online banking services
• Provide clear, professional and solution-oriented customer support
• Follow banking procedures, security and quality standards

Salary & Bonuses

• Base salary: €1,400 gross/month x 14 months
• Fixed project bonus: €100 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: fixed €83 gross/month during your first year of contract (€1,000 gross in total)
• Performance bonus: up to €140 gross/month
• 2 additional base-salary payments per year (€2,800 gross total)
• Up Hellas meal vouchers: €3 net per worked day (approx. €60 net/month) + €100 net/month additional voucher
• Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after one year

Average monthly gross package: €1,817–€1,957 during your first year, including 14 salary payments, fixed project bonus, welcome bonus and performance bonus (depending on results).

Plus approximately €160 net/month in meal vouchers.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who already has some Customer Service experience, enjoys helping customers, communicates clearly and is ready to take the next step in an international banking environment.

• Your German is at C2 level, and you feel confident communicating with German-speaking customers
• Your English is at B2 level or higher, allowing you to communicate comfortably in an international work environment
• You live in Athens or are ready to relocate
• You have some previous Customer Service experience
• You enjoy helping customers and finding practical solutions
• You have a professional and customer-oriented approach
• EU citizenship or valid residence and work authorization in Greece
