What We're Looking For

• 🇩🇪 Native or C2 level German.
• 🇬🇧 Good command of English (B2 or above).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Must be currently living in Portugal.
