€1,250–€1,500 gross/month + additional Sales bonuses + meal allowance

✅ Location & Schedule

• Start: 2.11
• Work from home anywhere in Greece
• Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:30–17:30 (Greek time, 8h/day, 40h/week)
• You must already live in Greece
• Fast and fully online recruitment process

✅ Your Role

Help businesses take their next step into online selling.

You will proactively contact German-speaking business owners, introduce the platform’s benefits and guide interested sellers through free registration and onboarding.

• Contact business owners and explore their online selling needs
• Explain how the platform can help them reach more customers
• Help new sellers register and get started
• Reconnect with inactive clients and introduce relevant opportunities
• Keep customer information and follow-up records organised

✅ Salary & Remuneration

• Base salary: €1,250 gross/month ×14
• Performance bonus: €200–€250 gross/month, depending on results
• Additional Sales bonuses based on performance
• Meal allowance: €3 net per worked day — approximately €60 net/month
• Anniversary bonus: €500 gross after your first year
• 2 additional base-salary payments per year — €2,500 gross total

Average monthly gross package: €1,250–€1,500, depending on performance, + additional Sales bonuses + 2 additional base-salary payments per year + meal allowance.

✅ What We Are Looking For

• German at C1/C2 level, spoken and written
• English at minimum B2 level — for training and internal use
• Previous Sales experience — retail, telesales, B2B, customer-facing Sales or similar
• Confidence making outbound calls, introducing opportunities and speaking with business owners
• Clear communication and a customer-oriented, Sales-focused approach
• You already live in Greece
• Stable, fast home internet with LAN access
• EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece

Your Sales experience can come from different industries — paid training will prepare you for the project.
