applicants must reside in the northern regions of Portugal — from Coimbra upwards

outside this area will not be considered

Position Overview:
Role:
Customer Service & Sales Agent (German-speaking)
Location:
Remote in Portugal (Coimbra and north only)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
Occasionally: availability until 19:00 may be required
2 rotational days off per week

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise
Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Required Profile:
Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
Experience in sales is mandatory
– ideally in a customer-focused environment
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and manage a structured remote schedule
Resides in
Coimbra or further north in Portugal
(strict requirement)
