Key Details Location: Fully Remote (Must be currently living in Bulgaria) Start Date: September 1st Base Salary: €1,942.92 gross/month + performance bonuses up to 200% Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 What You'll Do Conduct outbound sales targeting German-speaking SME clients. Upsell high-impact payment and FinTech solutions. Work with an existing client database (no cold sourcing required). Manage your pipeline efficiently using CRM tools to consistently hit revenue targets. What We're Looking For Languages: Native/fluent German + strong English (C1). Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management. Skills: Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and CRM discipline.
