Role Overview As a Business Development Representative , you will: Identify and engage new B2B clients Drive outbound activities (calls, emails, prospecting) Qualify leads and create new business opportunities Work towards monthly & quarterly KPIs Support the sales cycle and contribute to closing deals Working Schedule Monday–Friday Flexible start between 07:00 – 10:00 Latest finish: 19:00 Requirements Native/Fluent German + English B2 Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience (mandatory) Background in one of the following: SaaS / IT / Tech Sales Google Ads / Meta Ads Sales Cloud solutions Experience with: KPI-driven environments Outbound sales activities Closing deals Salary & Benefits 11,000 PLN gross/month Hybrid working model International team & global project exposure Strong career growth in cloud & tech sales Why Join?
