About the Role

Join an international customer support team in Bucharest and help deliver exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, multilingual environment. This role is ideal for German-speaking professionals with customer service experience and a sales mindset who enjoy interacting with customers across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide professional and customer-focused support.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

• Advanced German (C1-C2), spoken and written.
• English B2 or higher for internal communication.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Sales over the phone.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good computer literacy and MS Office knowledge.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proactive, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work from the Bucharest office 3 days per week.
• Full-time availability.
• Comfortable with cross-selling and upselling activities.
• EU work authorization required.

Schedule
