We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to hire a German-Speaking Customer Care Consultant to join their international team in Bucharest, Romania.
The role involves providing professional customer and operational support to business clients, drivers, fuel stations, and partners across Europe, handling account, transaction, and service-related enquiries via phone and email.
Position: Customer Care Consultant – German
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Work Model: On-site during the training period, with hybrid/remote work possible afterwards depending on performance
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary + bonuses
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, balances, and service usage
- Investigate and resolve customer and operational issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions in line with service standards
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
- Navigate multiple internal systems and tools to manage customer requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain professional, clear, and customer-focused communication
- Work according to established SLA, quality, and operational requirements
- German: C1/C2 level
- English: C1 level
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Previous CRM experience is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
- Legal right to work in Romania
- Candidates based in Bucharest or willing to relocate are preferred
