This position is for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to assist clients in navigating their insurance needs while working for a reputable company. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to insurance products and services. Guide customers through the claims process, policy details, and coverage options, ensuring they receive the information they need. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s insurance offerings to provide accurate guidance to customers. Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives. Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of claims and policy changes. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively. Familiarity with insurance products and regulations is highly desirable. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
