Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to renewable energy products and services. Assist customers with questions about renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and system maintenance. Provide support during the customer journey, from initial inquiries to post-installation follow-up. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Collaborate with teams across the organization to address complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company offerings, and compliance regulations. Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous service improvement. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, ideally within the renewable energy or sustainable products sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
