Stay updated on industry trends and changes within the social media landscape to provide relevant support. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the social media or technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and effectively manage time. Proficiency in social media platforms and customer service tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. A genuine interest in social media trends and user engagement strategies.
