You will assist customers to build and improve the relationship between the company and its users, helping meet high targets for quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

• Location: Braga, Portugal
• Work model: Fully remote. Preference is given to candidates already residing in Portugal
• Languages: German and English
• Schedule: 24/7 operations, Monday to Sunday, on rotational shifts, with two rotating days off
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary paid over 14 months, plus a food allowance for each working day

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Keep clear and accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions and follow-ups in the CRM system
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience
• Stay up to date on the latest offers, policies and services to give customers accurate and timely information
