German speaking Customer Support Representative

Join our fast-growing company as a German speaking Customer Support Representative

Fluent German C1 and B2 English level.

It is a freelance, remote and full-time position.

Start date: 15.10.2026

Schedule:

Working hours: Monday-Friday 10AM - 6:30PM CET, National Holidays according to Germany

In our company you have great opportunity to get:

• Experience in the international company working with people around the globe.
• Compensation up to $2200 including:

- $1800/ month during the probation period (3 months)

- $2000/month after passing the probation period + 200$ KPIs bonus.

• Training will be provided by the company and the client.
• 20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year.
• Management's attention, support and motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to user queries with friendly & timely support via CRM system (email, livechat, calls).
• Manage users' accounts.
• Study and apply product knowledge to recommend items based on understanding of the customers’ needs
• Forward user feedback to other departments to help prioritise platform improvements.
• Do additional administrative tasks.
• Support across other non-German/English markets in the EU with the use of an internal translation tool for non-voice interactions.
• Managing enrollments, refunds, upgrades, and payments

Tech Requirements:

laptop with Windows 10 or 11, RAM 6GB, CPU i5, SSD 256GB, headset with microphone
