About the Role:

We are hiring a German-speaking EMEA Renewals Representative specializing in Cloud Security. You will oversee license renewals and security suite expansions across EMEA accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute cloud security license renewal strategies for DACH/EMEA clients.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to prevent churn and drive upsell.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and multi-year renewals.
• Track renewal pipelines and forecast metrics accurately.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in software renewals, contract management, or SaaS sales.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or cloud platform licensing models.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
