This role is offered as a fixed-term contract up to 2 years with the potential for long-term collaboration. Responsible for the independent preparation of quotations and order processing for complex IT solutions. Actively take care of our customers and prospects; support our sales and account managers in generating additional business in the existing customer environment Support the internal bid team in complex, public bidding situations in multi-stage bidding processes for our potential customers Control and manage the creation process within the framework of the offer situation in the existing business on your own responsibility and involve the necessary hierarchies and committees. Create presentations, reports and assist with correspondence with our clients. Responsible for the appointment coordination and monitoring as well as the maintenance of customer data in MS CRM as well as SAP. Degree in business administration or similar from a university of applied sciences or a university of applied sciences or a completed vocational training in an IT related or commercial field. Fluent command of German and English: Required for communication across our international locations and customers from Germany. Professional experience in a comparable position. Knowledge of sales and quotation processes and have an affinity for sales topics. A distinctive customer-oriented way of thinking and acting as well as a service oriented way of working. Command of the current MS Office programs. Organizational skills as well as independent and structured way of working. Profile is rounded off by reliability, a strong sense of responsibility as well as flexibility and initiative.
