The T1 Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support across phone, email, and support channels. This role is responsible for resolving customer issues, troubleshooting product and service-related concerns, conducting installation quality control checks, and escalating more complex issues when required. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent support experience while maintaining service standards. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support systems in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve product, platform, and account-related issues. Log, track, and manage customer cases through to resolution. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate internal teams. Conduct installation quality control and validation checks. Maintain accurate case documentation within Salesforce and support systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently. Contribute to customer satisfaction and service delivery objectives. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Support function. Qualifications & Skills Required Fluent in English and Latvian. Previous experience in Customer Service, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or a similar support environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence. Preferred Lithuanian language skills. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/ticketing systems. Experience supporting software, telematics, SaaS, or technology solutions. Experience in a customer-facing technical support environment. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for an initial period of 6 months. Salary: The gross monthly salary for this position is €1,500 - €1,600 .
