Job Title: Portfolio Manager – Private Equity & Real Estate

Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid – up to 3 days remote/week)

Compensation: €100,000 – €110,000 base salary + bonus

Position Overview

Take end-to-end responsibility for Private Equity (PE) and Real Estate (RE) investments—primarily fund-of-funds structures alongside select direct deals—covering everything from initial sourcing through holding and exit.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Execution: Manage the complete lifecycle of PE/RE investments via fund-of-funds and select direct holdings.
Due Diligence: Evaluate and synthesize commercial, legal, and tax DD findings to inform investment decisions.
Documentation & Negotiation: Review, draft, and align Subscription Agreements, Side Letters, and Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs).
Committee Presentations: Prepare and present investment memos and proposals directly to the Investment Committee.
Operations & Reporting: Monitor portfolio financial KPIs, run ongoing reporting, and coordinate FX spot/forward transactions.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–4 years in alternative investments, asset management, or an AIFM with a PE/RE focus.
Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a banking qualification backed by certifications (CFA, CAIA, CIIA, Fachwirt).
Skills: Deep understanding of fund structures, DD frameworks, investment legal documentation, and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Languages: Business fluent German (C1) and English (C1).
