About the offer 📝 Permanent contract 🏠 Location : Luxembourg 📲 Top 3 Key competencies : Real Estate & Corporate Finance Leadership & Business Development Credit & Risk Management About our client Sector : Financial Services Values: Client focus | Integrity | Sustainable performance Your missions As Senior Manager – Real Estate & Corporate Finance , you will : Lead and develop a team of professionals active in real estate financing, fostering a culture of performance, risk discipline and excellence Define and drive the commercial strategy for the real estate financing activity, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with key market players, including real estate developers, professional investors, funds, family offices and institutional clients Identify new business opportunities, financing structures and potential market segments Review, challenge and validate complex real estate financing proposals before submission to the relevant credit decision bodies Act as a first-line risk owner, ensuring appropriate management of credit, operational, compliance and reputational risks Monitor the quality and performance of the portfolio, including valuations, cash flows, risk concentrations and ESG considerations Develop cross-business opportunities and coordinate with other areas such as Wealth Management, Corporate & Institutional Banking and other specialist teams Contribute to the evolution of the real estate financing offering, including sustainable and ESG-related financing solutions Represent the organisation with key stakeholders in the local and international real estate market Ensure appropriate governance, compliance and risk standards across the activity Act as a senior technical reference point for complex or sensitive transactions This position is a great opportunity to : Take a senior leadership position combining commercial development, credit expertise and people management Influence the development of a real estate financing business within an international financial environment Work on complex transactions and interact with senior clients and decision-makers Contribute to strategic initiatives around digitalisation, process improvement and sustainable finance Your ideal profile 7+ years of experience in real estate financing, corporate banking or a closely related financial environment At least 3 years of experience in people management Strong expertise in real estate financing, including investment, development, structured and/or syndicated financing Solid understanding of financial analysis, real estate cash flows and key credit metrics such as LTV and DSCR Good understanding of real estate valuation and ESG considerations Strong knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory requirements applicable to financing activities Excellent understanding of compliance, governance and risk concentration principles Proven leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate a team Strong commercial mindset combined with the ability to balance business opportunities and risk Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills Ability to manage complex situations and make sound decisions Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities Fluent in French and German A candidate experience with Source Up, it’s … Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices Interview coaching session before the client meeting Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust Department Finance, Compliance & Audit Locations Luxembourg city Remote status Hybrid About Source Up Source Up was founded in 2021 and is a company based in Luxembourg.
