Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in WEG / Property Management

About the Role & Vision

We take a forward-thinking approach to real estate management. Our primary mission is to make property ownership completely effortless, handling daily operations with full accountability so owners can focus on what matters most.

Our approach rests on three core pillars:

  • Complete transparency across all processes.
  • Operating as a true collaborative partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • Simplifying property management through modern efficiency.

In this role, you will autonomously manage a portfolio of Condominium Owners' Associations (WEGs) across Berlin, leveraging state-of-the-art digital tools and structured workflows to deliver exceptional service.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • WEG Portfolio Management: Lead the complete administrative, financial, and technical management of assigned WEG properties independently.
  • Owners' Meetings: Organize, host, and record annual and extraordinary WEG meetings, ensuring all passed resolutions are executed efficiently.
  • Financial Oversight: Draft annual budget plans (Wirtschaftspläne), compile annual financial statements, and prepare clear service charge settlements (Hausgeldabrechnungen).
  • Accounting & Payment Processing: Audit and authorize invoices, track monthly incoming Hausgeld payments, and proactively handle arrears management.
  • Maintenance & Renovations: Manage routine repairs and oversee complex structural or energy-efficiency projects (such as heating modernization, facade insulation, or EV charging stations).
  • Digital Ticketing & Communication: Address owner and advisory board requests promptly through a digital ticketing infrastructure and email channels.
  • Property Onboarding: Lead the systematic integration and digital setup of newly added properties.
  • On-Site Inspections: Perform routine site visits across Berlin to monitor maintenance quality, oversee contractors, and maintain owner visibility.
  • Value-Add Opportunities: Spot potential service expansions within your portfolio to support company growth initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of direct experience in WEG management (Wohnungseigentumsverwaltung).
  • Language Proficiency: Business fluent or native-level German (minimum C1 level; C2 preferred).
  • Location & Mobility: Resident in or around Berlin, open to local site visits and occasional evening WEG meetings.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital management platforms, cloud tools, and ticketing software to drive efficiency.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Excellent communication skills with strong empathy when dealing with property owners, advisory boards (Beiräte), and third-party contractors.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Relevant qualifications or education in real estate (e.g., Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, Immobilienfachwirt/in, or a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management).
  • Prior exposure to overseeing major energetic or structural property renovations.
  • Familiarity with common German real estate management software and standard office tools.
  • Working knowledge of English.
  • Proactive drive to identify business growth and service enhancement opportunities.

What We Offer

  • Modern & Digital Workflows: Digitalized workflows and software tools that automate routine tasks, allowing you to focus on high-value management.
  • Autonomy & Responsibility: Complete end-to-end management of your portfolio with high operational freedom.
  • Flat Organizational Structure: Short communication paths, direct access to leadership, and open channels for process improvement.
  • Career Growth: Dedicated budget for professional development, certifications, and progression routes into leadership roles (such as Regional Manager).
  • Flexible Work Model: Hybrid arrangement (2–3 days/week in a modern Berlin office, typically Tuesday–Thursday) with remote flexibility and compact, locally concentrated Berlin portfolios to minimize travel.
  • Competitive Package: Permanent contract, target salary of €50,000 – €55,000, sales performance bonuses, Deutschlandticket, JobRad leasing options, and corporate discounts.
